We currently ship to the following countries:

If you are not from the country mentioned above and still wish to purchase some of the goods from our e-shop, please contact us at hello@thediffers.com. We’ll do our best to arrange special shipping for you.

Order Processing and Shipping

It usually takes 1-2 working days for us to process and ship your order. You will get an e-mail notification when your goods are dispatched.
Please allow 1-10 working days for your goods to arrive. In the table below you can see estimated delivery time for each country we ship to:

We ship your ordered goods via shipping company Omniva – the courier will deliver the parcel to your door.

Shipping Options

We offer convenient and affordable delivery via Omniva courier.
If you are located in Lithuania, you also have an option to pick up the goods from our garage at Titnago 12, Vilnius, Mo – Fri 9:00 to 18:00.

Order Tracking

After we’ve dispatched your order, you will receive an e-mail with a tracking number and a link where you can track your parcel’s journey.

If you haven’t received a shipping confirmation via e-mail within 3 working days after the purchase,please contact us at hello@thediffers.com

Shipping Rates

The shipping rates are calculated in accordance with the size of the parcel – the bigger the parcel, the higher shipping rate. In the table below you can see how much approximately it might cost to ship goods to your country.

If you have changed your mind or for some reason did not like the item, you can send it back within 14 days after the delivery. Please note that items need to be in perfect condition and accompanied by the original Invoice. All items have to be in their original packaging and have original labeling on them. We do not accept returns with removed labels.
To return your order, please drop us an e-mail at hello@thediffers.com and specify whether you are returning an entire order or a specific item in the order.

IMPORTANT: We do not offer a free returns service. You are responsible for the shipment of returned items back to us, as items lost in transit will not be compensated for.

Faulty items

Faulty items will be refunded or exchanged to the same type of product in the same size, subject to availability. Refunds for faulty items can be made within the 14-day period following the delivery. Items are treated as faulty if they are received damaged, or where a manufacturing fault occurs within 6 months of purchase. Items that are damaged as a result of usage are not considered to be faulty.
If you have received a faulty item, please drop us an e-mail at hello@thediffers.com and we’ll arrange the refund or exchange for you.

Money Return

We will return the money as soon as we receive the shipment back. We will return full price paid for the goods minus the shipping costs.
The funds will be returned to the same account or card depending on the type of your payment. Once we have received the items, your refund will be processed within 1 – 2 business days. Once we have issued your refund, you will receive a notification by email. Please allow 24 – 72 hours for the funds to reach your account.
